Refund policy

At Velire, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair resolution of claims, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

• Start before opening the courier package
• Clearly show the sealed package with shipping label
• Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly display the product and the issue (if any)

This video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or damage claim.

Velire will not be able to process claims without a valid unboxing video.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The unboxing video is not provided

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • The issue is due to normal wear, improper handling, or personal preference


Refunds

If a replacement cannot be provided, Velire may process a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return request through your Velire customer account.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account using the link below:

  2. Login using your email Id.

  3. Select the order for which you want to request a return.

  4. Click Request Return and submit the details along with the required images and unboxing video.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Important

To process any return or replacement request, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
Full unboxing video of the original package

Requests without the required information may not be approved.
